Position Overview:
Oti Australia is a premium modern lifestyle brand with a young dynamic vision as a bathware wholesaler. We are seeking a Sales Representative with a focus on bathroom products, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales inguiries, visiting stores and merchandising our bathroom products, and ensuring effective
communication between our team and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service, specialising in bathroom products, through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to multitask/work independently while travelling and scheduling your own day
  • Ensure monthly Sales targets are met through relationship-building with customers
  • Open new trading accounts monthly & increase wallet share from existing accounts
  • identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling to grow sales
  • Liaising with operational teams as well as internal sales teams
  • Preparation of quotes and scheduling of works
  • Providing exceptional customer service with existing Trade customers
  • .Respond promptly and accurately to soles inquiries regarding bathroom products, including product specifications pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate closely with the sales/marketing team to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions with customers
About You
  • Proven sales track record with success managing and developing high value accounts
  • Experience in the building, manufacturing or FMCG industry will be greatly regarded
  • Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
  • Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
  • A willingness to travel is essential
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • We will also consider applications from Business, Marketing or Commerce graduates who have experience in RetaiSales with aspirations to work in B2B Sales.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge in the bathroom products domain.
Previous experience in customer service or sales support, preferably with a focus on bathroom products, is highly preferred but not essential.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with a focus on bathroom products, reliable and motivated Warehouse
Assistant to join our team with a commitment to excellence, teamwork and a positive work environment.
while having good communication between our team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with receiving, unpacking and checking incoming shipments;
  • Assisting with organising and maintaining inventory;
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment;
  • Assisting unloading containers;
  • Processing returns; and
  • Customer liaison for customer order pickups.
  • General duties as assigned by the Warehouse Managers
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Current Driver's License
  • Police Check
  • Forklift License (or willing to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or stock management preferred but not essential;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strona communication skills; Neat Presentation
  • Ability to work independently where required;
  • Self supplied PPE (safety shoes -steel capped or composite toe)
  • Physically able to lift and move moderately heavy objects; and
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to suit business needs
  • Basic Computer/Scanner experience
